Deliveries of roof trusses and floor joists are scheduled on a week commencing basis, when an order is placed you will be informed about the current delivery week. Deliveries are usually made between 5 to 10 days from receipt of payment for non account customers and around 5 days from receipt of confirmation of sizes for account customers. Final delivery time is dependent upon timber stock at the time of ordering.

Deliveries are made on a forty foot articulated lorry by an outside haulier. During transportation it may be necessary to invert the trusses. Please ensure that there are a suitable number or people or lifting equipment, either a crane or fork lift truck, to ensure the safe unloading of the trusses.

Deliveries that cannot be made using a forty foot articulated lorry can be delivered using our 7.5 tonne rigid DAF.

When you place your order you should also inform us of any vehicle weight restrictions, site access problems and crane bookings, to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of your order.

Please note our quotations include delivery so if instead of having your order delivered you would rather collect your order please inform us at time of enquiry. Also please ensure the vehicle you bring is large enough and suitable enough to carry the load.
