Delivery Schedule Update

We are currently taking orders for delivery on week commencing Monday 20th September.

As always terms and conditions apply, the main one being that you have confirmed the sizes are correct (you can do this by using our online form here) and that your payment has cleared before an order can be manufactured and delivered. Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

Debit or credit card (please note a surcharge of up to 2.8% is applied to credit card transactions) in person or over the phone (Delivery usually around 5 working days)
Cash in person (Delivery usually around 5 working days)
Cheque through the post or in person (Can take 5 working days to clear so delivery is usually around 10 working days)
Bank transfer (Can take 3 working days to clear so delivery is usually around 5 working days)

easi-joist sizes and prices

This week we have updated the easi-joist sizes page with an new joist span table, which can be found on the second tab. We have also updated the joist support conditions section and have moved them on to a tab of their own. If you are looking for an easi-joist price list, unfortunately we are unable to produce one, that’s because easi-joist is available in multiple lengths, widths, depths and internal web configurations, as well as with multiple end support conditions, so producing a list that is easy to read and understand is near impossible, it is much simpler for you to contact us and we will design the joist and give you a price in minutes.

easi-joist enquiry form updated!

Today I updated the easi-joist enquiry form, so you can now enquire about stud walls, flat roofs, and the usual floor joists, not at the same time though. As part of the update I have now added text boxes for quantity, span, and length of run, fields which I should have included first time round but forgot all about.

Building the Villa’s the easi-way

Yesterday we completed manufacturing the easi-joist floor for the 9th Villa at Kensington Developments Lytham Quays development, each floor package contains a total of 126 joists ranging in span from around 1.5m to 6m giving a total of 601.1m of joists.

To date we have manufactured a total of 5409.9m of easi-joist for the Lytham Quays site or to put it another way we have manufactured enough easi-joist to cover just over 3 miles if laid end to end.
